A little less work.
A lot more possibility.
Bringing contextual AI into the everyday work of capturing data. Less friction, more control, and a person always in the loop.

Make the everyday feel effortless.
Forms sit at the heart of CRM work. The challenge was to introduce useful AI into a dense, familiar interface without adding another layer of work. Structured, relational data in model-driven apps gave us a strong foundation for contextual predictions.

Trust lives in the smallest interactions.
Predictions stayed in a draft state until someone explicitly accepted them. We focused on empty fields to protect existing input, then tested ways to make acceptance clear and fast. Research favored an explicit Accept action over implicit acceptance.

More context. Less interface.
Further exploration introduced Smart Paste and ways to add source information. Large knowledge cards gave way to a more focused, collapsible area close to the fields. The interaction evolved while the core principle held: make assistance useful, visible, and under the user's control.
