# From ambiguity to alignment

> A focused design sprint to explore AI, align a cross-functional team, and turn ideas into tangible experiences.

Five days. Three new directions.

- Client: Microsoft / Product team
- Area: Design leadership
- Role: Sprint lead & facilitator
- Scope: Workshop design · AI strategy · Team facilitation

## Outcomes

- **5 days** from ideas to prototypes
- **3 teams** distinct strategic lenses
- **3 concepts** clickable, high-fidelity prototypes

## Give ambiguity a useful structure.

I led designers and product managers through a week-long sprint to rethink the landing-page experience with AI. Teams explored three directions: personalization, oversight of autonomous agents, and AI-assisted navigation and information gathering.

## Make space for possibility—and concern.

We grounded the work in a sales-manager persona, reframed everyday tasks into How Might We questions, and looked outside our product for inspiration. Hopes and Fears, risk mapping, and Crazy 8s helped teams surface concerns and explore ideas before committing.

## Build something people can react to.

Teams moved from low-fidelity journeys through daily feedback and design refinement. By the end of the week, each team had a high-fidelity clickable prototype ready for stakeholder review: three tangible visions to make the next conversation more productive.
